Celebrate without leaving the house (or booking another venue)!

My name is Love and I'm so excited to be the instructor for your next paint party. Birthdays, bachelorette parties, fundraisers, team building activities -- you name it! I travel to your home or chosen destination with all the supplies for your party.

Paint Party Prices

  • ​​​Adults - $35 per person

  • Children - $25 per child (5-14)

    • Minimum of 8 painters required​​

  • Paintings take 2 hours to complete​

    • Allow for setup to begin an hour prior to party starting. â€‹

  • Will travel within 20 miles for free​

    • $20+ fee depending on extra mileage​

  • $100 deposit required up front to reserve a day

  • Supplies are provided*

    • 11x14 wrapped canvas​, easels, acrylic paint, cups, aprons, brushes

Reservations & Deposits

  • A 10 day notice is required for making a reservation

    •  There will be a $100 deposit in order to reserve a day​

    • The rest of the payment can either be made upfront or on the day of the party in order to have an accurate head-count

  • If needing to reserve a party sooner than the ten day notice:​

    • Full payment of at least 8 painters must be paid up front​

    • A custom painting fee of +$25 will be added if not picking a painting from the provided gallery

  • All equipment in order to paint is provided - except for tablecloths, coverings, tables or chairs.

    • Please, communicate if you would like tablecloths to be included. Table dimensions and any other specifications will need to be provided. â€‹

    • Easels, paint, aprons, brushes, cups, and other tools are all included. These items will be brought to the party and taken when the party is over.

    • You will need to provide tables, chairs, and a water source.

Travel & Assistant Policy

  • Will travel within 20 miles for free

    • Anywhere above 20 miles will receive a fee​

    • Fee begins at +$20 and will be raised depending on distance 

  • If a class is above 20 painters, it will require an assistant and have additional fees

    • 20-35 painters +$60 (one assistant)​

    • 35-50 painter +$120 (two assistants)

    • 50+ painters +$180 (three assistants)

Time Allowance & Cleanup

  • Painting will last roughly two hours​

    • Any special requests or requirements needed within painting time should be communicated beforehand (food, announcements, proposals, gifts, etc.) ​

    • Breaks and games will be provided dependent on time availability and difficulty of painting

  • Allow for at least an hour to setup before paint party officially begins and an hour for cleanup after painting is completed​

    • AGAIN: All equipment in order to paint is providedexcept for tablecloths, coverings, tables and chairs. Please, communicate if you would like tablecloths to be included. Table dimensions and any other specifications will need to be provided. 

    • You will need to provide tables, chairs, and a water source.

Fundraisers

  • $45 per adult or $35 per child

    • $15 per painter is donated back to the fundraiser​

    • assistant policy still applies 

    • I'd be glad to offer my own painting to be raffled off and added towards the donation

​Cancellation & Other Policies

  • A cancellation must be made 3 days prior to event date

    • If given proper notice for cancellation, the $100 deposit can either be transferred to a rescheduled party or refunded on request​

  • If not given proper notice of cancellation:​

    • Deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee. In order to prep for classes, this money is used to purchase supplies. This is not a large studio production, so on-hand supplies and storage space are limited.​

  • Adults are not required to paint at children's parties, but they are required to attend​

    • There must be an adult (preferably multiple adults) present for children's parties. While I am experienced with teaching children in and out of classroom/studio settings, I am not responsible for disciplinary action or chaperoning children. 

    • Some children have a tendency to rush through paintings. A shorter painting time does not justify a discounted party. 

  • I am not responsible for your belongings​

    • Should paint get on surfaces such as tables, floors, clothing, or personal items - I am not held responsible. It is your responsibility to prep your space as you see fit for a paint party. Keep in mind: accidents do happen. ​Easels fall, cups spill, and paints can be dropped. Take this into consideration during your planning.
